Not had my PC cleaned or serviced for over 2 years but that was not a problem for Gosh. Great service, I had my PC back within 24 hours.

I brought my PC to Gosh 4 years ago for repairs and it went perfectly. Now my PC needed upgrades and knew who I should go to, I emailed him with what problems my PC had, my budget and he responded very quickly with lots of details on everything within the machine. He helped me pick parts, which would be the best for my needs and within my budget. After buying the parts and giving them to him along with the machine, he started working on it that same day, and finished all the installation. He check over the machine and saw my HDD was old and on the line to break, so he offered a replacement that also helped with the speed of the machine. It now runs better than day one, with no problems. Amazing support and trust throughout, now I have a PC that will last years to come.

What an amazing service and Gosh is obviously knowledgeable and more importantly enthusiastic about his work. He's repaired a gaming laptop that (it turned out) others had failed to repair, explained why it wasn't working, what he need to do to fix it and shared additional hints and information for use going forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone who cares about their PC / Laptop.

My laptop display board was broken accidentally and could not be displayed. Gosh replaced the new display board by only one day. Byte IT is definitely the fastest laptop repair service.

Gosh provided me with truly amazing service! He serviced and upgraded my 2011 very tired iMac which is now like new again! Its fast, fresh and a pleasure to use again. Gosh was an absolute life saver! I broke my work laptop screen and messaged around to try and get a speedy repair…. Gosh got back to me straight away, had my laptop booked in at 10am and fitted a nice new screen by 11:30am. He was very friendly and professional, used top quality parts and charged a very reasonable price. Gosh is definitely your man for any laptop/computer troubles.

A company with top notch service. Gosh was amazing in every aspects. Very student friendly (free diagnosis for students! ) and he explained the problems of my laptop in simple terms so I could understand. He was also very quick with his service even though he was busy at that time. He gave me diagnosis of my laptop the next day and fixed it within a few days only. Worth the value and will definitely come back here anytime I have computer problems.

Absolutley great service. My pc was overheating and I thaught it was a bigger problem. Turns out it just needed a service. Pc is now running better ever. It was well worth the money and the customer service was top notch with good explinations of all the problems.

I recently bought a fairly old second-hand laptop which needed a new CMOS battery. Gosh replaced the battery and cleaned/repaired/upgraded inside the machine, including fitting a new fan. He also took the time to check out the OS and bring it all up to date. It was done in less than 24 hours and for a very reasonable price. When I went back to collect, Gosh was so friendly and spent ages talking me through the work - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

5 stars are not enough to appreciate the professional service of Gosh. I had a problem with my laptop (the product of LG, made for the use in South Korea) as its power was out and the charger had a bad condition on its cord. I was in panic as I had something to be done in this weekdays, but I could not find a proper technician who can deal with the overseas product. By chance, I found Gosh, the most passionate and professional technician that I've ever met, who can even recognize the product year and model of my laptop at the first glance. He gave me thorough information after the diagnosis, and even he is so busy for his work he solved the problem in a day, working over the evening. Now I enjoy the brand-new-like condition of my laptop, writing this review. This is no exaggeration:) Thank you Gosh!

I had been having problems with my laptop screen, it was as though a coloured filter had been applied to the display. After taking the laptop to the university IT help they told be that I would need to replace the whole screen. I then took my laptop to Gosh who, in minutes, identified that it was my graphics card that was faulty. He then proceeded to fix the laptop within a week for a good price! Also the initial service was free as I am a student, even if I had decided not to carryout the repair.

Highly recommended. Extremely happy with the service. Gosh goes above and beyond what you would normally expect. My desktop computer was fully repaired within 24 hours with all of my important files saved. One of the friendliest guys you could meet, who will impart as much information as you care to ask him for. A big thank you, my friend.
